Added: Texts spacing is now separated where possible - does not use [space xx],
...
but new `spacing "x" NN` and `spacingpair "x" "y" NN` prefix so now
texts are more readable and searchable

propertyNamesListLowercase was creating a new list every time it was
called, and this is a hotpath.
Replace with an AbstractList, avoiding a copy each time.
