* Exposed loaded plugins in FourKitHost with public getLoadedPlugins()

* Fixed bad reference to ServerPlugins

* Forgot that the PluginLoader was nullable, handled it

* Implemented getPlugin(name) and getPlugins() in FourKit.cs
