M2noa 660f7fb8fe Remove lcemp directory from tracking and update .gitignore 
- Removed console-edition-2014/lcemp/ from git tracking (not properly organized)
- Added *.log and .vs/ to .gitignore
- Committed remaining line ending changes in full-multiplatform/
