### To compile:
|
|
|
|
* download
|
|

* run powershell as administrator
|
|

* type `Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted`
|

* run `UnblockAllFiles.ps1` in powershell
|
|
|
|
* Open `MinecraftUSkinEditor.sln`
|
|
|
|
* hit run *or* hit **Shift+b**
|
